WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
All returned items must be back within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. At this time we do not accept exchanges.
We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free. SALE items are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return please ask us before you ship it back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the NOT UR Ordinary hang tag and all other tags attached in original location.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
-Items that have been worn or washed
-Items without all tags attached in original location
-Items with any stains or smell
-Items that have odors or smoke smell
-Items that have makeup or deodorant stains
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please contact us at email@example.com
To complete your return, your receipt is required. Ship the item and packing slip to our return address. We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non- refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-15 days in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. NOT UR Ordinary will not refund sales tax or any shipping cost.
At this time we do not accept the returns from the international buyers whether it is sale item or a full priced one.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time we do not offer the exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact USPS to get more information.
